Enamels have fascinated the world for centuries and have been enjoying a resurgence over the last forty years. In this new paperback edition, "Enamelling on Precious Metals" looks at how such stunning effects are achieved from the inspiration of design through the intricacies of the process to the skills of firing.

Jeanne Werge-Hartley has been actively involved with jewellery and enamelling for many years. She has her own personal workshop, and works to both public and private commission. She is a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths and Founder Member of the British Society of Enamellers.
