(viii, 384pp.). 1st Edition, First Printing: uncommon variant issue bound in brick-red cloth with beige lettered title to spine and with no top edge colour. Nine reported variants exist, all of them scarcer than the primary binding of black cloth with gold spine lettering and red top edge stain.
