Sometimes life is not easy. There are financial pressures, conflict in relationships or at work and feelings of being unfulfilled. All these contribute to the escalating stress that we endure daily. While there are things we cannot control or change, we can certainly control the way we perceive and manage them through greater self-awareness.

HR Mediator and international yoga teacher Mel Armstrong-Jones along with psychotherapist Marie Rowland, are presenting an exciting new workshop on how to reduce stress and keep anxiety at bay.

The presenters demonstrate ways to identify triggers of stress and show how to manage the causes rather than treating the symptoms. By finding the courage to examine your life, you will create an orbit of control. Learn to prioritise and put your life into perspective while making stress actually work for you.

Drawing on western and eastern philosophy, as well as using principles of psychology, the workshop will provide practical strategies to manage conflict, negotiate positive outcomes, find self-confidence, practise gratitude and live in the now.

Knowing what matters to you, and self-acceptance is the basis for a life that is led on your own terms. This 90 minute interactive workshop will help you to create a life that is restorative and calm. Stress less and live more.
