Already well known in the Sydney Food Scene as co-owner of the acclaimed restaurants Four in Hand and 4Fourteen, last year the rest of Australia was introduced to controversial Irish chef Colin Fassnidge thanks to his role as guest judge on My Kitchen Rules.

Colin won GQ's Chef of the Year in 2013 and now he has released his first cookbook. Four Kitchens draws inspiration from the four kitchens in his life - the two restaurant kitchens, the home kitchen and the outdoor kitchen. Drawing on diverse culinary influences, each page reveals his love of food and his key food philosophies: using local produce, wasting as little as possible through nose-to-tail eating, and handling everything with a light touch.

His aim is to provide people with a memorable, enjoyable experience - exactly why he entered the world of cooking in the first place.
