NOTE: The author Captain W.R. Williams was one-time master of the London Missionary Society Steamer "John Williams" whose headquarters was based at Sydney. At the time of writing this treatise the author was Elder Brother of Trinity House whom had a continuous association with the above printing house for some 250 years.
