With folding engr. view of Hobart-Town with identification of the principal buildings. Uncut. F. 940. Slight foxing, but a good tight unsophisticated copy. Rare. NOTE: Surveyor George Evans (1780-1852) was the first European to cross the Great Dividing Range in 1813.
