Authors presentation copy with inscription on half title-page. This copy belonged to Geoffrey Ingleton with his bookplate signature and an inscription by him on the significance of the book on inside of front cover. A small stamp on the back endpaper shows this was No. 10062 in the Ingleton Catalogue. Pages XI to 6 torn and repaired with tape not affecting the text. Hinges cracked. Very light foxing on prelim. pages otherwise a near fine copy with an interesting prevenance.
