Comprising double-page Index Map plus hand-col. lithograph plans of Buildings Shops Wharves etc. etc. in the City of Sydney totalling 120 maps. Light foxing throughout. First Edition. Extremely rare. Ferguson 9207 cites the 2nd Issue of 1880 (oblong folio size) only and describes it as "an invaluable guide and directory to Sydney in 1880" but misses the First Issue here offered.
