Fine uncut copy. (Parl. Paper No. 669). The very rare 1st edition. Ferguson 2500 recording only the George Mackaness copy. A second printing (see Ferguson 2501) was issued on the 16th August 1838 thirteen days after the copy here offered. NOTE: A very important report. Evidence was given by the Very Rev.
