NOTE: An important and influential early journal that covered a wide range of information related to the British Colonies including trade commerce and maritime affairs as well as law. Of particular note is an article by Sir William Westbrooke Burtone Supreme Court Judge and parliamentarian entitled `Observations on the Constitution of the Government of New South Wales during Six Years Residency in the Colony' (pg. 332). A scarcely seen issue.
