Binding worn and hinges weak but skilfully stabilized. Some occasional discolouration but overall an excellent set complete with both half-titles two title-vignettes as well as chapter vignettes. The armorial bookplate of Sir William Irby (the family name of Baron Boston) inside front boards. NOTE: Orrery - a clockwork model of the planetory system named after Earl Orrery ca.1700.
