Light spotting on both front and back covers with moderate toning on front and rear end-papers. Slight cracked front hinge. Moderate ink smudges on pp.26 63 and 135. Complete copy. NOTE: Herman Montague Rucker Rupp (1872-1956) was an Australian clergyman and renowned botanist who specialised in orchids writing extensively on the plant and sending some five thousand specimens to the University of Melbourne's botany school. Later in life he was even nicknamed the "Orchid Man."
