The copy here offered is similar to the National Library copy which has the corrected date in the title changed to 1793 and not 1792 as cited by Ferguson (see F.166). The portrait of Palmer is not included in this copy. NOTE: Both Palmer and Skirving two Scottish martyrs were sentenced to Transportation to New South Wales.
