NOTE: D'Arcy Wentworth (1762-1827) was an Irish surgeon who came to New South Wales in 1790 and at his death was the largest landowner and wealthiest man in the penal colony. His son William Charles (1790-1872) was with Gregory Blaxland and William Lawson on the first expedition to cross the Blue Mountains West of Sydney in 1813.
