Spines with raised bands and mostly titling-labels. With full-page engraved plates. Title-pages printed in red/black ink. Some discolouration in text but overall a very nice contemp. set. Complete. NOTE: Pope appointed William Warburton (1698-1779) as guardian editor and beneficiary of his literary estate.
