Complete with 2 frontisps. 1 of which is delicately hand-col. 2 title-vigns. 51 full-page engrv. plates of which some are col. num. text-illusts. and maps most of which are col. and includes the large fold. map of South Eastern Australia in front end-pocket of Vol. 1. Previous owners bookplate on front free end-papers. The plates as usual are lightly foxed but overall a fine unsophisticated uncut copy of the 2nd (and best) edition together with the publisher's adverts at beginning and end of text.
